Excellent

St. Joseph lecture- One of my favorite lectures I have purchased especially in the $30 price range. I really didn't know very much about St. Joseph. I see statues in Church, but he is barely mentioned in the Bible. This helped me see St. Joseph in a fresh light. Some of Dr. Pitre's points were mind-blowing, and I wanted to know even more after St. Joseph after listening to this lecture. I bought this one after buying the Jewish Roots of Christmas lecture. They really go well together. Definitely for those fans that love the "Jewish Roots" material.

THE HIDDEN KING - The Jewish Roots of St. Joseph

Dr. Pitre covers more about St. Joseph than I thought was possible and understandings about him that are surprisingly new to me. My going in thoughts of St. Joseph were that he was probably an old man, nobody of any importance, and maybe previously married with children of his own. But Dr. Pitre clearly points out from scripture a very different man. Also, Jesus was not the only threat to King Herod. St. Joseph was also a threat. I highly recommend THE HIDDEN KING.

Great Study of St Joseph

I loved this study. I learned so much about St Joseph. Brant Pitre does such a good job explaining everything and using so many sources in the Bible, documented history and commentary from Church Fathers and the CCC. I'm showing it to my parish Adult Religious Ed program now during Advent. They are really loving it.

Very enlightening! Loved being able to print the written overview. I am a visual/ tactile learner and the printout greatly helped me to follow, and focus on the material I was hearing. Another incredible pile of pieces in the most amazing puzzle! Just wow!
