My Eyes Were Opened

I have heard or read 'The Road to Emmaus' passage more than 50 times but never understood the deeper meanings in the story until I heard Dr. Brant Pitre explain the numerous messages from that passage.
I can truly say, like those two disciples, my eyes are now opened and I feel happy to have heard Dr. Brant Pitre's message and will continue to replay his explanations whenever I need encouragement and guidance in my faith.
A must for all Catholics who want to understand the actual relationship between the bread and wine and the Body & Blood of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.

The Road to Emmaus

Excellent study on the Eucharist that's right there in Luke. Dr. Pitre brings out aspects of the scripture I never saw before and that's Jesus guiding us away from his earthly bodily presence to his real presence in the Eucharist once he ascended. He's still with us as he said he would be!! Great session on the Road to Emmaus!
