Mind blowing

This book blew my mind how Dr. Pitre shows the pervasiveness of the theme of the wedding feast in the Bible. This theme runs throughout both the old and new Testaments and even the crucifixion of Jesus. This book is a must read for all Christians.

Incredibly Informative

After converting to the Catholic faith a little over two years ago, I have been studying the Catholic Catechism and building on my knowledge of Scripture. I always loved studying Scripture, but knew I only had a very narrow understanding of it. I have read lives and works of saints…most notably, St.Augustine. I have read books by Cardinal Ratzinger/Pope Benedict XVI and others. I find Dr. Pitre’s knowledge and clarity in his writing to be illuminating…particularly connecting the NT to the Old Testament for a much fuller understanding/insight.
